The final quarter of 2003 saw VacGen fend off major international competition to land a high profile government contract.

The remit was to design and manufacture one of the largest chamber assembly projects the factory had seen in over a decade.

Fortunately with over forty years of experience in HV and UHV system assembly they were in the perfect position to implement the customers specification to the letter. The project was delivered on time and to spec by ten tonne truck much to the customers delight.
