Operating manual milling machines to produce high quality components to tight tolerances for use in UHV precision assemblies. Ability to read technical drawings to set and operate manual milling machines with Proto Track type controls and measure critical features using a range of metrology equipment.
Measuring, monitoring and improving quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Ability to read technical drawings and inspect a wide variety of components and assemblies using metrology and test equipment. Experience using CMM or Faro arm equipment is essential.
Assembly and test of complex precision assemblies in a cleanroom environment to exact specifications and technical drawings. You will be highly dextrous and have experience using a variety of hand tools to assemble precision components.
