Bakeout Jackets
For dedicated bakeout of some of our components, we are able to offer customised heater jackets. The jackets are made to fit around the outside of the item and to be permanently installed if so required. This enables a complex system arrangement to have certain parts baked without having to insert the entire arrangement inside a bakeout oven. The jackets also allow the item enclosed within to be kept at a higher temperature than normal; this could be used to stop materials condensing inside a valve for instance. Items for which jackets have been made include right angled valves, Omniax manipulator bellows, plus many others. Bakeout Tents
Special bakeout tents are available for constructing ovens around complex or unusual shapes. For convenience these tents can be flat packed when not required for easy storage.
