Analysis Suite Option
This software system allows for either automatic, semi-automatic or manually guided analysis of captured or imported spectra.
Functionality
Normally after a spectrum is captured, a few key peaks can be analysed manually to work out some rough ratios and contributions. The analysis suite package takes this to a whole new level.
A new RGA user can simply hit the analyse button and the analysis is performed immediately against a set of predefined heuristic rules.
Gases and groups of gases can be included or excluded from the analysis, and the confidence level of the analysis can also be set. After analysis, the result can be displayed in more easy to read form such as a pie chart.
If the analysis is satisfactory, reports can be produced in basic and full form. All reports are, of course, fully customisable and there is a built in report designer.
Analysis Suite Summary
The analysis module is designed to work with real spectra in the same way of a human would. It performs analyses that would be impossible by hand, and produces quality reports.
OLE Server Option
The OLE server is simply the mass spectrometer software without a graphical user interface (GUI). This allows the development of custom interfaces and applications, whilst harnessing the power of the mass spectrometer and other software options (e.g. analysis) at a very high level.
The OLE server can be accessed by software applications such as Visual C, Visual Basic, Borland Delphi, Excel and many others.
OLE Services include mass spectrometer, instrument control, database access, analysis services and gas library.
With the OLE Servers option the system builder/integrator can have data capture and analysis up and running in minutes rather than weeks.
