Pre-designed Standard Chambers

Due to our vast experience accumulated over many years of manufacturing, VG Scienta offers a wide range of standard chambers which are ideal for most of the more common vacuum applications and systems. These products benefit the customer in that they offer known port alignment and orientations that meet the requirements of well known and commonly used analytical techniques and processes. This results in lower conflict and risk of port clashes. Ordering from the list of the more standard styles greatly reduces delivery time and cost when compared to customised bespoke chambers.

Standard Chambers

Three styles of standard, pre-designed, vacuum chambers are available from VG Scienta:

Spherical style chamber
Cylindrical style chamber
Universal style chamber

Each style is available in 304 stainless steel: manufacture in 316 stainless steel and MU metal upon request.
All chambers have an internal cold rolled mill finish and are bead blasted externally.
All styles of pre-designed chamber can be modified to suit your particular requirements.
